Namibian Standards Institution (NSI) Graduate Trainee Programme 2025/26


The Namibian Standards Institution (NSI) invites applications for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme. Established under the Standards Act, 2005, NSI promotes standardisation and quality assurance across industry, commerce, and the public sector in Namibia. The programme offers six trainee positions in key areas including Metrology, Petrochemical, Procurement, Microbiology, Chemistry, and Inspection.


Interested candidates must submit a detailed CV, cover letter, certified copies of qualifications and transcripts, identification or passport, and driver’s license. Applicants with foreign qualifications should ensure verification by the Namibian Qualification Authority (NQA). NSI encourages applications from women and persons with disabilities in line with the Affirmative Action (Employment) Act. Applications close on 12th December 2025 and can be submitted by post or hand-delivered to NSI Head Office in Windhoek.
