The Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) e-Recruitment System is an online platform designed to simplify the job application process for public service positions in Rwanda. To use the MIFOTRA e-Recruitment portal, follow the steps below:
1. Registration
Start by creating an account to access the system. Visit the official MIFOTRA e-Recruitment website and click on “Register.” Enter your personal details, including your name, email address, and a secure password. Once registration is complete, confirm your account through the verification email sent to your inbox.
2. Login
After registration, log in using your registered email and password. If you forget your password, select “Reset Password” and follow the instructions provided to recover your account.
3. Complete Your Profile
After logging in, go to your profile section and provide accurate personal and educational information. Fill in all required fields, including Higher Education, Languages, and References, which are mandatory. Ensure your profile is complete before submitting any job applications, as incomplete profiles may disqualify you from consideration.
4. Apply for a Job
Once your profile is complete, browse through available vacancies on the dashboard. Read the Job Description, Job Profile, and Required Skills carefully before applying. Click on the “Apply Now” button to submit your application for the position that matches your qualifications and experience.
After the shortlisting process, applicants will receive an email notification about their application status. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further steps, such as interviews or assessments.
