General Enlistee Online Recruitment for 2026 Intake: Final Shortlist and Reporting Instructions
The Papua New Guinea Defence Force has issued an official notice on Tuesday, 23 December 2025, concerning the General Enlistee Online Recruitment for the 2026 intake. All applicants are informed that the online application process has now closed and the final shortlist of successful candidates has been completed and published.
Applicants are required to check the shortlist on the official recruitment website at https://www.laborsolutions.net/. If your name appears on the list, you must read all instructions carefully and follow them in full to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process. Only candidates whose names appear on the published shortlist are recognised for further screening.
Bellow is the schedule for candidates from each regions of PNG to present themselves at the Recruitment Office, HQPNGDF Murray Barracks.
The Papua New Guinea Defence Force has provided a clear schedule for shortlisted candidates from different regions to report in person at the Recruitment Office, HQPNGDF Murray Barracks. Candidates shortlisted from the Southern Region are expected to report on Monday, 29 December 2025, at 8:00 am. Candidates shortlisted from the Highlands and Momase Regions must report on Tuesday, 30 December 2025, at 8:00 am. Candidates shortlisted from the New Guinea Islands Region are scheduled to report on Wednesday, 31 December 2025, at 8:00 am.
Only shortlisted candidates are allowed to report to the HQPNGDF. No unlisted person should attempt to attend. The Defence Force has issued a strict warning that any stranger or impersonator who presents themselves will be arrested by Military Police and handed over to civil police for further action. This measure is intended to protect the integrity of the recruitment process.
All shortlisted candidates must report in correct attire and come fully prepared. Each candidate must carry a biro, an A4 size notebook, a ruler, a pencil, and an eraser. These items are compulsory and will be used during the assessment process. Candidates are also reminded to arrive on time, as all tests and activities will follow the stated schedule. Late arrival will not be accepted under any circumstance.
The Papua New Guinea Defence Force has emphasized that testing and assessments will take place strictly according to the timetable. Candidates who fail to meet the required standards at any stage will be formally removed from the recruitment process. This applies to physical, written, and conduct assessments carried out during the reporting period.
This notice has been authorised by the Chief of Defence Force. All shortlisted candidates are urged to take this information seriously and comply fully with every instruction provided. Adherence to these guidelines reflects discipline, readiness, and respect for military standards, which are essential qualities for service in the Papua New Guinea Defence Force.
Candidates are advised to rely only on official information released through authorised channels and to avoid misinformation. Reporting as directed marks a critical step toward enlistment into the 2026 General Enlistee intake.

- Those persons only who have their names on the online selection list must turn up and NO stranger. If you are a complete stranger or an impersonator, you will be arrested by Military Police and handed over to civil police to be charged and detained.
- You are to report in correct attire and bring along a biro, A4 size note book, ruler, pencil, and an eraser.
- Test will be done strictly on scheduled timings. There will be NO excuses for lateness.
- The failed recruits will be formally removed during the process.
