Monthly Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: Kshs. 80,400 - 117,720

  • House Allowance: Kshs. 20,000

Terms of Employment: Permanent and Pensionable

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out pre-tests and pilot data collection instruments

  • Set up control measures for dispatch and receipt of questionnaires

  • Update statistical registers and checklists

  • Identify statistical units for data collection

  • Follow up on non-response from data providers

  • Prepare tabulation and analysis plans

  • Collect, collate, edit, and analyze data

  • Compute statistical indices

  • Compile and collate County Statistical Abstracts data

Key Responsibilities

  • Design geo-spatial data collection instruments

  • Pre-test and pilot mapping instruments

  • Collect, collate, and analyze geospatial data

  • Identify administrative boundaries and delineate enumeration areas

  • Disseminate census mapping materials

  • Geo-reference and digitize boundaries

  • Symbolize, generalize, and simplify features

  • Create and populate attribute tables

  • Update geo databases and prepare maps

  • Calculate area measurements and generate geo-codes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Geo-spatial Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Geospatial Information Science or related field

Requirements

  • Diploma in Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field

Accounts Assistant

  • Prepare payment and surrender vouchers

  • Manage accounting documents and petty cash

  • Process imprests and receipts

  • Post entries in vote book

  • Capture Appropriation in Aid revenue

Requirements

  • Pass in Part II of CPA or ACCA or related qualification

  • Proficiency in computer applications

ICT Officer

Job Purpose: Implement ICT activities under the Manager, ICT

Key Responsibilities

  • Install computers and accessories

  • Diagnose and resolve computer faults

  • Provide user support and escalate complex issues

  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software

  • Write and test simple programs

  • Repair and maintain ICT equipment

  • Prepare service desk reports

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, or related field

Assistant Office Administrator

Requirements

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, mean grade C-

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or BES & GC from KNEC

  • Proficiency in computer applications
