Moi University wishes to inform all students from all the Schools who qualified for the Conferment of various Degrees and Award of Diplomas during the 2024/2025 Academic Year and members of the public, that the 48th Graduation Ceremony will take place on Thursday 18th December, 2025 at the Graduation Pavilion, Main Campus, Kesses, Basin Gishu County commencing at 8.00 A.M. The links to the Ceremony will be shared on Wednesday 17th December, 2025
CONFIRMATION FOR GRADUATION
Students, who cleared and confirmed their results with their respective Deans, are the only ones to graduate.
PAYMENT OF CONVOCATION AND ALUMNI FEES (MANDATORY)
(Graduands will automatically become members of the convocation upon graduation)

Pay to Moi University through E-Citizen Platform: By Log in to Student Portal – Go to Fee Payment-Select make Payment – Select Fee Type (Graduation Fee) – Enter full amount and complete the payment.
ACADEMIC ATTIRE
Book Graduation attire online and consult respective Deans of Schools and Campus Directors on collection points. Graduation attire should be returned on or by Friday 16th January, 2026. Failure to do so will attract a penalty of Ksh.500/= per day.
GRADUATION REHEARSAL (MANDATORY)
All graduands are required to attend the Graduation Rehearsal on Wednesday, 17th December 2025 at 9.00 a.m. The links will be shared on Tuesday 16th December, 2025.
COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES AND TRANSCRIPTS
Collection of certificates and transcripts is scheduled to commence on Monday 19t January, 2026 and will be guided by the approved date booked online.
CLEARANCE
Students are advised to start online clearance process once listed to graduate.
