Jos ECWA Theological Seminary (JETS) Holds 42nd Graduation Ceremony


The 42nd Graduation Ceremony of Jos ECWA Theological Seminary (JETS) concluded successfully at the Norton Arena, marking another milestone in the institution’s mission to train and equip leaders for the church and broader society. The ceremony brought together distinguished guests, including top government officials, church leaders, and academics, highlighting the significance of the event in Nigeria’s theological and leadership landscape.


The Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Barr. Caleb Manaasseh Mutfwang, was represented at the ceremony by Rt. Hon. Joyce Lohya Ramnap, MNI, Commissioner for Information & Communication. In her remarks, she commended JETS for its enduring contribution to theological education and nation-building, emphasizing the critical role of morally grounded leaders in shaping a sustainable and prosperous future for Nigeria.


Among the notable attendees was Rev. Dr. Job Ayuba Bagat Mallam, President of ECWA, who delivered an inspiring address to the graduating students. He applauded their perseverance and commitment and urged them to serve with integrity, courage, and biblical conviction in an ever-evolving world. Other dignitaries from academia, religious institutions, and public service were also present, lending support and encouragement to the graduates and their families.
