Rwanda Polytechnic (RP) wishes to inform all students who applied for admission into its programs for the Year One Academic Year 2025–2026 Second Intake that the admission results are now available. Applicants can access their results online by visiting https://mis.rp.ac.rw/applications and entering their application number. This secure portal provides individual admission statuses, ensuring that applicants can confirm their acceptance promptly and conveniently.

Appeal Process:
Applicants who are not satisfied with the admission decision are entitled to submit an appeal. Appeals must be submitted through the same online portal. The deadline for submitting appeals is 1st December 2025. Rwanda Polytechnic encourages applicants to carefully review their admission status and submit any appeals within the stipulated timeframe to ensure consideration.

Important Information for Admitted Students:

  1. Registration Period:
    Admitted students are required to complete their registration online via https://mis.rp.ac.rw/ from 22nd December 2025 to 11th January 2026. The registration process includes confirming personal details, uploading necessary documents, and completing any other requirements as specified by the institution. Students are advised to complete this process within the specified period to avoid delays in their enrollment.
  2. Start of Academic Year:
    Academic activities for the 2025–2026 year will commence on 5th January 2026. All admitted students are expected to report to their respective colleges no later than 4th January 2026. Early reporting allows students to participate in orientation sessions, complete administrative formalities, and prepare adequately for their courses. Students are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their college’s schedule and facilities ahead of the start date.

Additional Guidance:
Rwanda Polytechnic emphasizes that registration and reporting are mandatory for all admitted students. Students who fail to register within the given timeline may risk losing their admission. The institution’s online system ensures a smooth and efficient registration process while maintaining accuracy in student records.
