Mount Kenya University Issues Final Notice to Prospective Graduands Ahead of the 28th Graduation Ceremony

Mount Kenya University has issued a notice to all prospective graduands preparing for the 28th Graduation Ceremony scheduled for Friday, 5 December 2025. The University has released the updated graduation list and provided important instructions that every graduand needs to follow within the given timelines.

Only candidates who have fully completed the clearance process in all required departments appear on the final list. This includes academic departments, the finance office, the library, and any other unit involved in student clearance. If your name is missing from the updated list, you need to verify your status with your Head of Department without delay.

The University has stated that all processed graduands who have not completed their clearance must do so by Monday, 17 November 2025. This is the final extension of the clearance period, and no further grace period will be issued beyond this deadline. Prompt action is required to avoid missing out on the December graduation.
