Program Overview and Objectives

The program focuses on developing the next generation of Danoners by addressing skills and talent needs critical for future growth. Over the two-year program, graduates will rotate every 3–6 months across key functions, including Production & Operations, Marketing, and Finance & Accounting. This structure ensures a well-rounded experience that combines practical exposure, professional development, and leadership training.

General Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional rotations to gain exposure to multiple business areas.

• Support both operational and strategic projects within assigned departments.

• Analyse business data to identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Collaborate with teams to solve real-world business challenges.

• Attend workshops, training sessions, and mentoring programs.

• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Function-Specific Responsibilities

1. Production & Operations

• Assist in production planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Track equipment performance and key production metrics.

• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Marketing

• Support brand campaigns, product launches, and trade marketing activities.

• Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis.

• Assist in developing retail activation strategies to enhance brand presence.

3. Finance & Accounting

• Assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

• Support pricing strategies and profitability assessments.

• Participate in audits and compliance reviews to ensure financial integrity.
