The Uganda Police Force (UPF) is inviting applications from qualified Ugandan citizens for a (3) three-month contractual engagement to work as election special police constable. Successful applicants will serve within their respective districts of residence to support local policing operations. This recruitment aims to strengthen community-based security efforts by engaging patriotic, disciplined, and service-oriented citizens.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Uganda Police Force 2025 recruitment, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Ugandan citizen with a valid National Identity Card.
- Have a clean record with no criminal background.
- Age: 18 years and above.
- Possess at least a Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) result slip.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing field duties.
- Show nationalism and patriotism.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be ready to work long hours, sometimes under challenging conditions.
- Must be a registered voter in the area of recruitment.
- Not currently serving in any of the country’s armed forces.
- Prior volunteer experience with the Uganda Police Force will be an added advantage.
- Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
Training Requirement
Selected applicants will undergo a one month Basic Security Training Course. This program will equip recruits with essential knowledge and skills required for field operations and effective service delivery during the three-month contract period.
