Is Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (P-YES) legit or Scam ?

So you want to know if the alledged  P-yes programme of President Muhammadu Buhari is a scam or legit. Here are my findings.....

First, no person or public/private institution can use the top level domain (TLD) .gov.NG. Only government institutions can (and in this case, Nigerian government institutions and/or parastatals).

Secondly ,The programme is powered by the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and coordinated by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Youth and Students Affairs "Hon. Nasir Saidu Adhama".

Hon Nasir S Adhama in one of his tweet has acknowleged the P-yes programme where he said the programme is another  President Buhari job creation initiatives administered through the office of the Special Assistant to the Nigerian President on Youth and Students.
