upcoming re-validation exercise aimed at confirming that the to-be-beneficiaries meet the criteria that
was earlier advertised at entry. Your State Fadama Coordination office (SFCO) will notify you of the date,
time and venue for the re-validation exercise. While waiting for that, you are expected to put in place the following items and take them along to the venue:
Provide evidence of;
i. Data page (Printed from your portal).
ii. Original and photocopy of your Training certificate.
iii. Business Plan uploaded.
iv. Valid Land Use Agreement (dully registered in court of law) with coordinates.
v. Completed Grant Agreement (GA) with sworn affidavit as uploaded.
vi. Sign copy of the employment status confirmation as printed from the personal portal.
You must attend the re-validation in person on your appointed date and time, failure to attend may
disqualify you.
