In his quest to equip young Akwa Ibomites with digital skills to enable them get conducive and decent jobs, Obong Nsima Ekere launched the Obong Nsima Ekere Digital Empowerment Initiative, codenamed ONEdigital.
ONEdigital seeks to leverage the growing potential of the digital economy and demonstrating Nsima Ekere's unparalleled commitment to the promotion of youth capacity building in Akwa Ibom state.
Participants would learn what it takes to build a successful startup and become a skilled and knowledgeable Digital Entrepreneur.
The ONEdigital training is ideal for individuals who have the passion, creative energy, vision & insight to start and grow online business or those who simply wish to upgrade their CVs and employability

This 2-day program is designed only for youths aged 15 - 35, resident in Akwa Ibom state; who own laptops, have valid ID cards (National ID, Driver's License or Voter's Card), and can afford internet data.
The training program would be organized and delivered at select central locations across the three senatorial zones of the state, to take it closer to beneficiaries.
310 beneficiaries (10/LGA) would be selected from the pool of applicants who would have applied from the website.
Only applicants who have laptops, internet connection and reside in AKS would be considered.
