Africa is in dire need of job creation through skills development. With high unemployment rates and skills in demand the African Union Commission (AUC) and the NEPAD Planning and Coordination Agency seeks to fill the gaps in the current labour market with qualified youths. The AUC/NEPAD and its partners are committed to working with the youth to find sustainable solutions through skills development. The AUC/NEPAD is looking for innovative good practices aimed at harnessing the potential of the youth population.
