Business Linkages Programme (BLP) is proudly organized by Zigha Ayibakuro Limited (ZAL) in collaboration with Startup Bayelsa. BLP was first organized in 2016 with success stories of businesses that have since been linked and making good progress.

What is BLP?
It is a platform that supports Startups and MSMES by providing solutions to some of their most critical challenges - access to market, finance, technical support and effective business model. It is designed to assist MSMEs in accessing key market information, market opportunities with linkages to large companies and financial institutions.
Who is eligible to register with BLP?
The Business Linkages Programme is open to every business that meets the compliance, establishment, solvency and suitability criteria.
*What about businesses that have prospects but do not meet the criteria?
We prepare such businesses to meet the requirements of corporate markets and linkages.
What are BLP objectives?
- Bring together market actors in the MSMEs landscape to expose market opportunities for MSMEs in Bayelsa.
- Show networking opportunities and create platforms for MSMEs to meet with potential large buyers.
- Provide mediums to setup action plans toward private sector led economic development for Bayelsa State.
*How does the BLP achieve its mandate?
Through collaboration with local and international interest organizations, donor agencies, investors, business facilitators etc.
