HOW TO SOLVE NPOWERNG NON PAYMENT ISSUE


To solve the problem of non-payment, do this:

Let the title of your complain be “Non-Payment ”
State the specific month you’ve not been paid if you’ve got one or two, but let it non-payment if you’ve not got any.

Then ensure to scan any of your valid Identity Card: Voter’s Card, National ID, International passport, BVN plate (Card).

Your Account Details with BVN printed from the bank.



If you’re married, and you’ve changed your name, make sure you scan evidence of change of name.
State clearly in your message that you’ve not been paid.
The full name you registered with, your bank account details, State, Local Government, and phone number.
Make sure you send this message from your registered email address.
Send to selection@npower.gov.ng
OR Kindly dial this NpowerNG help line during work hrs 08145569572,once it goes through be sure yourissues will be resolved.

If you cant reach these help centers, Communicate your npower issues to your Desk officers,they will collect your details and forward all documents to the focal person which will in return send all NpowerNG volunteers issue to Abuja for payment.
It is important you find your focal person if the desk officers dont want to help you out.

Some of the reasons why you’ve not been paid are:
1) Wrong account details
2) Correct account number, but wrong BVN
3) INCONSISTENCY in npower registered name and bank account details.
4) Married women who changed names due to marital status.
If you fall under any of the above, then head straight to a nearby cafe.
What not to do when sending complaints to Npower
Don’t crowd your message with unnecessary words. Go straight to your point and make your message simple, brief, concise as much as possible
