Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate induction and workplace readiness training
- Manage and support learners and graduates
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring
- Ensure SETA compliance and learner registration
- Conduct regular performance reviews and progress reports
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Lead monthly and quarterly meetings with service providers
- Promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in one or more of the following:
