Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate induction and workplace readiness training
  • Manage and support learners and graduates
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure SETA compliance and learner registration
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and progress reports
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead monthly and quarterly meetings with service providers
  • Promote a healthy and inclusive workplace culture

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in one or more of the following:

    • Facilitation and mentoring

    • Skills development and training coordination

    • Administration and performance monitoring

    • Vendor and stakeholder management
