"We realised that in the past years there has not been any formal recruitment in place, only cases of replacement when there was vacancy. Realizing the level of decay in our education sector we took this task upon ourselves to create an opportunity and a level playing field for everyone, where only competence will be recognised.
We must thank the Governor, Prof. Ben Ayade for giving us this opportunity to recruit competent teachers for the State because he knows the value of education. We also need to celebrate this Governor for the opportunity to take 2,500 people off the Streets in Cross River State that have been wallowing in unemployment."
