There will be a Special hang out for all Empower Bayelsa Participants this Saturday.Empower Bayelsa which is a skill acquisition and business support programme for Bayelsa State Youths will be hosting a Saturday get together for its beneficiaries.The much talked about empowerment program in Bayelsa State was initiated by Mr Ekemini Udoh aka high prince.
