After the registration and assessment test, a total of 7541 applicants registered.5425 were accepted for all programmes while 2116 applicants are in waiting for the next phase.
A total of 2116 applicants where successful were accepted in the Npower Volunteer Corp (NPVC) for Nteach,384 were accepted for Ncommunity programme,454 were accepted in the Nagro programme and 178 were accepted in Nhealth.
Nteach has 1789 verified candidates and 23 unverified candidates.
Ncommunity has 340 verified candidates and 8 unverified candidates.
Nhealth has 164 verified and 41 unverified candidates.
This makes a total of 2706 verified Bayelsa state candidates and 86 unverified candidates.These verified candidates have been posted to schools,health and agricultural facilities in the state.
Currently a total of 1766 candidates have been paid out of 2706 verified and posted candidates. 940 candidates are yet to be paid.
We have received and forwarded to the office of the SA to the President on Social Investment in Abuja a total of 884 names for correction of bank information's and payment.An initial list was submitted on March 13th 2017 and an updated list was forwarded on the 26th of March 2017.We are still expecting more names and will forward them to Abuja as we receive them.
