When we say npower enhance,it is actually not a new word. It is a word we borrowed from the definition of npower. As many of you that may have heard or watch me speak about npower , I often said npower is a s a result of the promise of Mr president as a life line to you.

Npower is an employability enhancement programme. A program where you work ,you learn to enhance your employability skills or that channel you towards entrepreneurship. So this is really what the Npower enhancement is. It is not a new word,nor a new creation or a programme. You are already enhancing your skill or into entrepreneurship.
And as we have announced since the month of November,you've have often cried to Mr President that you don't want to go back to the street and I have assured you that the President heard that cry and have assured me that you will not go back to the street.
However there is a process,because we are in a federation that comprises of the federal,state and the local government and your PPA is owned by your state or local government and we have no control over it and your state and local government does. We will continue to engage them and if there is going to be any engagement it will come from your state.

And that's why in an answer to your quest for permanency the President said you will continue in your enhancement journey,that is the program will continue.
