GOT IDEAS TO CHANGE THE WORLD - FUTURE LEADERS CONNECT 2018 FOR EMERGING LEADERS AROUND THE GLOBE



Your chance to connect to a long-term network of emerging leaders from around the globe, who want to change the world through policy making.
Future Leaders Connect offers its members the opportunity to be part of a long-term global network of emerging policy leaders. As a member you will travel to the UK for nine days of advanced policy and leadership development, in partnership with the University of Cambridge. You will discuss today’s biggest global challenges in the UK Houses of Parliament, meet inspirational leaders and visit world renowned institutions. Following your time in the UK you will have worldwide connections, a policy action plan for change and the skills, knowledge and networks needed to be an influential leader.  
You must be aged 18-35 to take part, be based in one of our participating countries and be able to demonstrate your policy knowledge and senior leadership potential. Participating countries include Canada, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Tunisia, UK and USA.

The deadline for applications is Sunday 13 May 2018, 23.59 (UK time) 
To ensure equal access the costs of taking part are covered by the British Council and the programme is fully accessible. We are looking for exceptional individuals with the ideas, energy and commitment to work collaboratively with all members of Future Leaders Connect and with senior global leaders.
You must also be able to travel to the UK between 22 October until 01 November 2018.
For those who do not gain one of the 50 exclusive places on the programme, you will be invited to be part of the Future Leaders Connect Community where you can access a range of free online professional development policy and leadership resources and free mentorship in developing your policy idea.
