CANT LOGIN/HOW TO CHANGE YOUR NPVN PASSWORD - N-POWER VOLUNTEER

All N-power volunteers wanting to change their Npvn password or cant login to update their information via the portal,here is how you go about it-

First,make sure you are browsing from a laptop or desktop and you are using google chrome.Go to the Npvn portal http://npvn.npower.gov.ng/ ,click on "Forgot Password" as shown in the picture above,where the arrow points.Click on it,you will be directed to fill in your phone number or email address.Whichever you choose,a message containing a link will be sent to your mail.Find the message in your mail,click on the link,you will be directed to change your password..Congratulations,you are done.

For those that are finding it difficult to login,follow the same instructions above,but this time,after successfully changing your password,you will be directed to login to any of your social media accounts "facebook or twitter".After login into any of the account you choose,you will be requested to post on behalf of N-power. Click to post,after which,you click on "proceed".Congratulations

Be advised,you should only change your password if you are browsing from a laptop or desktop.For those that have recently changed thier password and are finding it difficlut to login again,you can only use your changed password to login or follow the above step again.
